Satéur stone is specially formulated with rare minerals using our exclusive, original process in Satéur™ laboratory and has a Mohs scale of 8.8. This is a little softer than Sapphire & Ruby (9.0), but harder than Pearl (2.5), Moonstone (6.5), and Emerald (7.5).
With brilliance that shines at a refractive index of 2.39 it is virtually the same and indistinguishable from a diamond by the naked eyes.

What is the band material?
We are offering two variants of the band material. The 925 Silver and the 18K White gold option.
925 Silver- It’s Platinum-Plated Silver. It resists corrosion and tarnishing and can stand up to high temperatures as well as stand the test of time, also to compliment the cold brilliance of Sateur Stone™.
18K White Gold- It is made up of pure gold, mixed with alloy metals that have a silvery-white colour, such as palladium and silver.

Will it turn my finger green?
Pure silver generally takes a liquid form. For this reason, jewelry made from silver needs to be alloyed, or blended, with another type of metal. When a ring turns your finger green, it’s either due to a chemical reaction between the acids in your skin, or due to a reaction between another substance on your hand, like a lotion etc.

Do you have a warranty on the Satéur™ stone?

Do you offer custom engraving & custom design?
Currently, we only offer Satéur™ in 925 silver and 18K white gold form, and most of the rings are standardized and have our brand engraved on the pre-designed ring material, unfortunately we can no longer modify or customize what was originally engraved.
Do you sell loose stones?
Currently, we do not sell loose stones. Your feedback is very important to us. We will keep in mind your suggestion for future product designs.
Does my Satéur™ ring have a warranty?
Yes! Every Satéur ring comes with a limited 90-day warranty that protects against any changes in color, clarity or brilliance of the band. The warranty will start when you receive your item. After 90 days, the warranty will expire and you are no longer able to apply for replacement or return the product.
How can I track my order?
We don’t automatically send out tracking codes, rather we send notifications to your email and text whenever it’s delivered or close to being delivered.

Can I upgrade my order from 1.5 carats to 2 carats?
Yes! If you wish to change the carat of your order, we highly advise you to please create a new order on this link: https://www.sateur.com/1-5-carat-upgrade-to-2-carat/
Once your order is placed, please email us immediately and we will manually change your order to 2-Carat right away. Please note that this only applies to orders that has not shipped yet. Once it is shipped, we are no longer able to upgrade your order.
What do I do if I have not received a confirmation email?
Order confirmation emails may take up to 30 minutes to arrive at your inbox. I want to change my order that I already placed, how can I go about it?
Please be advised that for any changes in your order, you will be provided a limited window of 60 minutes (1 hour) to cancel the order and proceed on a new one for any modification you would like to make.

2. AFTER 12 hours, no further changes and modification can be allowed as the order is already final. In that regard, any chances will need to follow our returns process policy.

How can I change my address after receiving confirmation of shipping?
Under our terms & conditions, once an order has been sent out from our warehouse, any changes or modification to the order cannot be made further and it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure that accurate address information are put in during check out.
